RELATED OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE: By July <strong>2009</strong>, there will be a measurable enhancement of the Management Services<br />
Division’s stature as a regional leader in the areas of school finance, business management, operations, and information technology.<br />
DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE: By July <strong>2009</strong>, the Management Services Division shall have measurably enhanced its stature as a<br />
regional leader in the areas of school finance, business management, operations, and information technology by means of increased<br />
staff expertise, the release of findings from new research projects, serving on / chairing local, regional, and state committees,<br />
establishing and/or expanding strategic relationships with institutions of higher educational, and expanding relationships with NYSED<br />
and various educational and business associations.<br />
