RELATED OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE: By July <strong>2008</strong>, the Career, Technical and Adult Education Programs clearly developed and<br />
redefined a plan for continuous student and program improvement, as well as student access to secondary Career and Special<br />
Career Education programs. This process has and will continue to emphasize the role of Career and Technical Education and also<br />
highlights its presence within the region through June <strong>2009</strong>. The process will include a continuous review of student data collection<br />
and the analysis of this data to increase program effectiveness as well as improve student outcomes.<br />
DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE: The Educational Services Division will research, develop and implement a plan for program relocation,<br />
student data collection and analysis, as well as program effectiveness measures. This plan will include a review of student enrollment<br />
patterns, student outcome statistics and those operational procedures currently employed to support the delivery of Career, Technical<br />
and Adult Education Programs.<br />
ACTIVITIES<br />
1. Continue to review and analyze current<br />
program offerings and services provided to<br />
secondary and adult students. Utilizing student<br />
enrollment data, identify the addition, relocation,<br />
and reduction of program offerings.<br />
2. Modify building level AFG goals, objectives,<br />
timelines to integrate Career and Technical<br />
program initiatives.<br />
