3. Review, assess and modify program curricula<br />
to develop seamless transitions from SCE to CTE<br />
programs.<br />
4. Review and modify SCE program curricula to<br />
integrate academic credit and develop course<br />
content to expand from semester to one-year<br />
curricula.<br />
5. Review and evaluate campus/facility goals,<br />
practices, procedures and time schedules to<br />
achieve standardization.<br />
6. Develop a process utilizing e-school and<br />
component District Step data to compile student<br />
statistical data for SED CTED I & II Reporting.<br />
Review and analyze data to assess and enhance<br />
student outcomes.<br />
7. To determine the quality of each program<br />
offering, develop a process to create evaluative<br />
effectiveness measures.<br />
8. Develop, cultivate and provide diversity and<br />
cultural competency training and practices for<br />
students and staff.<br />
9. Expand student work based learning<br />
opportunities to include a minimum of 80% of the<br />
students enrolled by <strong>2009</strong>.<br />
10. Develop and cultivate a Transportation<br />
Academy Program and a Health Academy<br />
Program for students beginning September <strong>2009</strong>.<br />
