By June 30, <strong>2009</strong>, the agency will assist Administrative Services in generating<br />
predictable annual revenue from clients outside the agency for web content<br />
management and support, graphic design, publicity and other related services.<br />
By June 30, <strong>2008</strong>, <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Suffolk</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> will review, revise where appropriate,<br />
establish where appropriate, and re-publish all Administrative Regulations.<br />
By June 30, 2006, <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Suffolk</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> will design and deploy an Intranet<br />
and an Extranet to enhance communication and collaboration between the<br />
agency and its internal and external stakeholders, while also improving access<br />
by these stakeholders to the relevant data they need to achieve their various<br />
related missions.<br />
By July 1, 2005, the retiring Co-Director of Special Education will have been<br />
replaced through a process that will result in the restructure of <strong>Eastern</strong> <strong>Suffolk</strong><br />
<strong>BOCES</strong>’ academic programs under the supervision of one Director of Special<br />
Education. This process will include a review of the job description and<br />
operations of the current secondary and elementary programs.<br />
