STRATEGIC PLANNING STRATEGY: By July <strong>2009</strong>, all <strong>BOCES</strong> students and staff shall be educated and work in facilities that<br />
meet agency-wide standards established by the <strong>BOCES</strong> to effectively and efficiently: assure the health, safety, and reasonable<br />
comfort of all occupants; enhance the learning and working potential of students and staff; and meet all regulatory requirements.<br />
DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE: By July <strong>2009</strong>, <strong>BOCES</strong> shall establish agency-wide standards for all of its facilities that will effectively<br />
and efficiently: assure the health, safety, and reasonable comfort of all occupants; enhance the learning and working potential of<br />
students and staff; and meet all regulatory requirements. Additionally, <strong>BOCES</strong> shall effect any necessary modifications to its facilities<br />
to meet the established standards.<br />
ACTIVITIES<br />
1. ESB will revise the design, functionality, and<br />
internal availability of its database regarding facilities<br />
space utilization.<br />
2. ESB will perform an assessment of its facilities that<br />
support the strategic planning strategy delineated<br />
above.<br />
3. ESB will identify and establish plan to implement<br />
modifications to its facilities necessary to comply with<br />
its standards established in activity 2.<br />
