• Document current statistics around project implementations<br />

o Multi-year project documentation history from Technology Acquisition Services group<br />
o Communications from / to district and vendor recording project progress, issues, etc …<br />
IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES:<br />
• Monitoring of the number of interested participants in each technology as it is presented<br />
RESULTS:<br />
• Compare documentation of project implementation using new tool set relative to baseline to measure performance<br />
improvements<br />
• Collect information through surveys, etc… recording reactions from school districts to newer processes for additional<br />
feedback and suggestions for further improvements and/or refinements.<br />
INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR MEASURES:<br />
• RIC Service Survey results – questions to include desired areas for research and development<br />
• Feedback from RIC Budget <strong>Plan</strong>ning Committee and other interested stakeholders.<br />
