RELATED OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVE: By July 2009, the Administrative Services Department shall have conducted an agencywide
assessment of all BOCES facilities. Facilities will be evaluated to ensure they meet the needs of the program and enhance the
learning and working potential of students and staff.
DESCRIPTIVE NARRATIVE: By July 2009, the Administrative Services Department shall have convened committees of
stakeholders that have studied and established recommendations for review and approval by the Administrative Council regarding
agency-wide facility needs designed to achieve the objective stated above.
ACTIVITIES
1. Establish committee to study instructional and
administrative space requirements.
2. Work with the Office of Communications to
administer a revised ESBOCES Facilities Survey.
3. Charge and convene committees to begin their
work.
