Design problems to develop pr<strong>of</strong>essional studio skills and practices<br />
in graphic design. Develop methods <strong>of</strong> problem solving with specific<br />
production limit<strong>at</strong>ions. Methods <strong>of</strong> present<strong>at</strong>ion. One hour lecture<br />
and five hours studio. Prerequisite: 2006. (Formerly 305; Advanced<br />

4006. COMPUTER ART. 3 cr. Decision making with the graphic<br />
computer, cre<strong>at</strong>ion to production. Computer-aided visual design<br />
including image origin<strong>at</strong>ion as well as input, output, selection,<br />
editing, alter<strong>at</strong>ion, and manipul<strong>at</strong>ion. Prerequisites: Art 1001,<br />

4025. RENAISSANCE. 3 cr. The visual arts in Italy from the early<br />

children <strong>at</strong> the elementary level. For second semester sophomores,<br />
juniors, seniors and gradu<strong>at</strong>e students only Prerequisites: students<br />

students with 18 credit hours in art, or receive approval from the Art<br />
