Public agencies can enhance the image oftheir area by adopting a <strong>planned</strong>, coordinated,and integrated approach toward <strong>managing</strong><strong>travel</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>planned</strong> <strong>special</strong> <strong>events</strong> thatminimizes traffic congestion, maintainstransportation system reliability, and exceedsthe customer service expectations ofall road users.
