Thischapter presents these guidelines and proceduresin tables, flowcharts, and checkliststhat can be followed to help guide the userthrough all the stages of a planned specialevent of this category for a particular locale.Although Chapter 3 presents all the stepsnecessary to manage travel for a plannedspecial event, this chapter provides a roadmapto help guide the user through all fivephases of managing travel for planned specialevents, identifying issues, analysis, andproducts applicable to regional/multi-venueevents.
