evenue-generating Real Estate Speakers, or “Gurus” and local
Real Estate Investor’s Associations (REIAs), often have the
exact same goals, although they view them from differing
perspectives.
Each has the ultimate goal of helping as many individual investors
to succeed as possible by providing high quality, usable information.
This is generally accomplished by product sales, which generates
needed revenue for the operating expenses and profit for each.
So, since we are both after the same thing, why is it that at times
working together and nailing down specific working agreements and
procedures is no easier than wrestling a greased pig? The answer, it
seems, is lack of knowledge about the different perspectives of each
group.
For this very reason, Larry Goins, long-time Real Estate Investor,
National Speaker and former Metrolina REIA President, and Shaun
McCloskey, Lifeonaire Founder and Real Estate Expert, with the
National Association of Real Estate Investors, have collaborated to
produce a set of “best procedures” for local REIAs and speakers
working together. Inside these pages is a boatload of valuable
information that will help each to effectively “stand in the shoes” of
its counterpart and view things from that perspective. This
information is sorely needed and long overdue, and it provides a
welcome roadmap to smooth future working relations.
