without ever leaving his office. He<br />
has bought properties in 11<br />
different states.<br />
He has written two books that can<br />
be found in books<strong>to</strong>res. His first<br />
book, Getting Started in Real<br />
Estate Day Trading, teaches how<br />
<strong>to</strong> buy houses and sell them the same day using the internet. His<br />
latest book, HUD Homes Half Off, teaches how <strong>to</strong> buy HUD houses<br />
at 50, 40 even 30% of list price. Larry is also the author of several<br />
home study courses as well as au<strong>to</strong>mation <strong>to</strong>ols used by inves<strong>to</strong>rs.<br />
Larry travels the country, speaking and training audiences about his<br />
strategies at conventions, expos and Real Estate Investment<br />
Associations. In the past, Larry has served as President (2003 &<br />
2004) of the Metrolina Real Estate Inves<strong>to</strong>rs Association in<br />
Charlotte, NC, a not-for-profit organization that is a local chapter of<br />
the National Real Estate Inves<strong>to</strong>rs Association.<br />
On a personal note, Larry and his wife, Pam, have two children,<br />
Linda and Noah. He is a member of New River Community Church<br />
in Lake Wylie, SC and occasionally plays guitar in the Church<br />
Praise Team. As a husband, father, businessman and real estate<br />
inves<strong>to</strong>r, Larry holds true <strong>to</strong> his core values and moral integrity. His<br />
personal and business mot<strong>to</strong> is “People & Principles before<br />
