Posting videos like this <strong>to</strong> your site will create a buzz that you<br />

simply can't create on your own. It's always better for someone else<br />

<strong>to</strong> tell people how great you are, than for you <strong>to</strong> tell them.<br />

The first thing you should do, after the event, is update your <strong>REIA</strong><br />

group's website with these pho<strong>to</strong>s and videos. Make sure they are<br />

prominently displayed. Some groups have made the mistake of<br />

burying this material on some rarely visited page where it's<br />

displayed with little <strong>to</strong> no information. The pho<strong>to</strong>s and videos<br />

should be one of the first things visi<strong>to</strong>rs see when they arrive on the<br />

site, and the main page of your site should be updated constantly!<br />

Think about it, why do people come back <strong>to</strong> a website like Facebook<br />

so often? It's because the home page looks different and new every<br />

single time you log in. There's always new stuff; it's always exciting<br />

<strong>to</strong> see something new. Your website should be the same.<br />

Consider writing a short article about the event. You can mention<br />

things such as the <strong>to</strong>pic of the event or the number of attendees, who<br />

benefitted, and how they benefitted from the information shared.<br />

Include the pho<strong>to</strong>s and videos in this article and make sure <strong>to</strong> give<br />

them some context. If there is a pho<strong>to</strong> of people doing a group<br />

activity, for example, mention what they're doing and what the<br />

benefits were of the activity. People love this stuff!<br />

You can even make the article a featured article which is displayed<br />

on the front page of your group's site. Many modern websites have a<br />
