charge back for amount of the charge. This looks really bad on your
merchant account record, so you want to avoid this at all cost.
Instead, make sure that the charge shows up from the same company
that the order form dictates. (By the way, if the customer issues a
charge back and the charge comes from a different place than the
contract says, you'll lose the chargeback dispute every single time!)
4. What is the return policy for products and how will returns
be handled?
• Do they get shipped back to the speaker? At who's expense?
• Is there a restocking fee to the customer?
• How long of a return policy are you going to allow? Some
REIAs may have a 30-day return policy, while the speaker
has a 10-day return policy.
• What happens if someone wants to return the product after
17 days then?
5. Who is providing the audio/visual needs for the event? What
will or will not be provided?

6. How the sales are going to be split?
Most speakers will not expect a flat payment for their presentation
but will collect a portion of the sales generated by it. This is not,
however, a universal law, and you need to be clear on how the
payment will be handled. One of the most common problems for
businesses of all types is a lack of communication when it comes to
payment. Don't be afraid to discuss this topic as thoroughly as you
feel necessary.
