purchasers sold $500,000,000 8% Enron Credit Linked Notes due 05 issued by Enron Credit Linked
Notes Trust, pursuant to an Offering Memorandum. The repayment of these notes was dependant
upon the credit, financial condition and ability to pay of Enron. These notes were publicly traded
on the Luxembourg Exchange.
