logistics and client services for ECT's wholesale operations." She also served in various management<br />

capacities within <strong>Enron</strong>'s interstate pipeline companies, including vice president <strong>of</strong> Finance, Planning<br />

and Administration for Transwestern Pipeline, and vice president for <strong>Enron</strong>'s Gas Accounting and<br />

Gas Management functions. Olson joined <strong>Enron</strong> in 79 in the Northern Natural Gas <strong>Corp</strong>orate<br />

(q.5) Olson also had knowledge <strong>of</strong> the fraud alleged in the Sherron Watkins letter.<br />

Olson testified in hearings on Capitol Hill that Watkins had come to her in the Summer <strong>of</strong> 01 asking<br />

Olson's advice as to whether she should approach Lay with concerns about accounting problems she<br />

believed threatened to bring down the company. Even after reading the scathing indictment <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Company Olson did nothing other than schedule a meeting with Lay. Olson also testified that she<br />

never followed up with Lay or anyone else regarding the letter. She did however sell her own <strong>Enron</strong><br />
