This disease is readily distinguished by the white fuzzy fungus growing in the lesions. The<br />

infections appear first as small dark spots which enlarge to indefinite, yellow areas. All aerial<br />

parts <strong>of</strong> the <strong>plant</strong> may be attacked. Infections in the lower leaves may result in internal discoloration<br />

and breakdown <strong>of</strong> the tissue. This type <strong>of</strong> symptom also may develop in the heads in storage.<br />

Cette maladie se distingue facilementpar le champignonblanc floconneux qui crott sur les lesions.<br />

Les infections apparaissent d'abord comme de petites taches fonc~es qui s'agrandissent pour<br />

former des plages jaunes inddfinies. Toutes les parties a~riennes de la <strong>plant</strong>e peuvent 6tre<br />

attaqudes.<br />

Les infections surles feuilles infdrieures reuvent causer la d~coloration et la d~sint6­<br />

gration des tissus internes. Pareil sympt6me peut aussi se pres6nter sur les pommes (de chou)<br />

en entrep6t.<br />

Esta enfermedad se distingue ficilmente por el hongo blanco peludo que crece en las lesiones.<br />

Las infecci6n aparece primero como pequefias manchas obscuras que crecen y llegan a ser Areas<br />

amarillas indefinidas. Todas las partes areas de la <strong>plant</strong>a pueden ser atacadas. Las infecciones<br />

de las hojas inferiores pueden causar una decoloraci6n interna y descomposici6n del tejido. Este<br />

tipo de sintomas tambi~n puede desarrollarse en las cabezas que estin arnacenadas.<br />
