The first day of the month of the
QR Payment Quarter following
the quarter in which the individual
was required to be reported on
the QR 7 provided that the
individual meets all requirements
for eligibility when he/she was
required to be included in the AU
but was not reported on the
QR 7. Eligibility conditions are
considered to have been met
from the first day of the QR
Payment quarter following the
quarter in which the individual
was discovered in the home,
providing he/she is cooperating in
meeting those conditions.
Increase: The first of the
month after the birth is
reported and all conditions of
eligibility have been met.
Decrease: The first day of the
next QR Payment Quarter
after the change is reported
on the QR 7 and after all
conditions of eligibility have
been met.
