The EW must: 1. Mail/give an appointment notice to the participant informing him/her of the appointment date and time to complete the forms. 2. On the day of the scheduled appointment date, update the LEADER Absent/Unmarried Parent Information screen tabs with the absent parent information provided by the participant. LEADER will generate the CW 2.1Q, with the information entered for all English and Spanish speaking participants. - The LEADER generated CW 2.1Q must be reviewed to ensure all fields are completed before the form is signed by the participant.
