5. Amerasians: Southeast Asian children
fathered by U.S. citizens and born in
Southeast Asia. Spouses, children, parents,
or guardians may accompany the
immigrating Amerasian.

6. Conditional Entrants (INA section 203): For
the period of 1965 to 1980, refugees were
granted conditional entry into the U.S.
Conditional entry was the primary method of
entry into the U.S. for refugees during this
time period. This was abolished in 1980.
