Appendix A: Report Card/Interim Templates Letter_UpperCase2_4RepPer Note: When using letter or word template pieces, you must set up the letters and/or words as assessments in the course on the Assessments tab. Make sure to use the Checkmark for Report Cards mark type. Mailing Label template piece displays the student’s mailing address. Mailing Label Marks template pieces display grades and/or marks for assessments by subject. The following marks template pieces are available. Appendix A: Report Card/Interim Templates Marks (4 Columns, 1/2 Width) Marks (5 Columns) Marks (5 columns, 1/2 Width) Marks (6 Columns) Marks (7 Columns) Custom Marks S1 and Custom Marks S2 template pieces are specifically designed for districts whose report cards only show the grades for a single semester. Custom Marks S1 displays the marks and comments for the first semester; Custom Marks S2, the marks and comments for the second semester. To use these templates, the following setup is required: • Create two report cards: one for the first semester using the Custom Marks S1 template piece and one for the second semester using the Custom Marks S2 template piece. • For each report card, create two assessments on the Assessment tab: one for the mark and one for comments. These are the only valid assessments you can use for this template piece. • For each report card, map the identifiers to the correct assessment on the Mapping tab.
