Select the Appropriate Databases in PBCompare to Enable
Auditing
8. Click Start.
9. Verify that the status of the selected databases changes to “Done.”
10. Close PBCompare.
View Changes Made in GradeBook in Audit Log
You can monitor added, changed or deleted assignment marks or report card grades in
GradeBook in the PBAudit log.
1. Open the Event Viewer, and refresh PBAudit.
2. To open the Event Properties window, double-click on a record.
3. In the Event Properties window, click the up or down arrows to scroll through the records.
Notice that the staff, student, class and assignment identification numbers are different as
you scroll through the records.
4. Close the Event Properties window.
5. Close the Event Viewer.
