Preview Report Card 16. Select Page Break in the Option column in the next blank row. 17. Enter 1000 in the Seq# column next to the Page Break template piece. 18. Click Save. On the File Download window, click Open to view the report card in RTF file format in Microsoft Word. 3. In the RTF report card file, scroll to the far right of the screen to see the full width of the outside portion and scroll down to bottom of the screen to see the inside portion. The report card, as it is currently formatted, is three pages long, but needs to fit on two pages. Notice that the Art, Music and Physical Education courses display with no spacing between the courses.
