Select a course in the Course list as the course to which you want to copy assessments. 2. Select a report card in the Copy the requirements from list. 3. Add Assessments – Assessments Tab Copy the requirements from List on the Assessments Tab 4. Click Copy. The copied assessments display. 5. Adjust the wording of assessments, if necessary. 6. Select Highest Achieved for each assessment in the Default Calculation list. 7. Click Save to save the copied assessments. Continue to Add Assessments The Letter & Sound Recognition subject is different than the other subjects to which we have added assessments. You need to create an individual assessment for each uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and letter sound for a total of 78 total assessments. 1. On the Assessments tab, select Letter & Sound Recognition in the Course list. 2. You can enter sequence numbers 1 through 78. You do not have to use sequence numbers in increments of 10 for this subject since there is no possibility of having to insert additional assessments. 3. For sequence numbers 1 through 78, enter a corresponding assessment that is an uppercase letter, lowercase letter and letter sound for each letter of the alphabet. For example, A, a, A sound each as individual assessments. 4. Select Checkmark for Report Cards as the Mark Type unless you want the teachers to have the ability to create assignments for each of these 78 assessments.
