Add Courses – Courses Tab Specific Course Searched on the Course Search Window 2. Delete Physical Education from the Course Name field, and then click Go. Note: To narrow the search for only first grade Physical Education courses, you could select 01 in the Grade list. 3. Select Fitness – Gr 01. 4. Click Add the selected course. 5. Close the Course Search window. Continue to Add Courses 1. On the Courses tab, continue to add courses to subjects until you have added all of the necessary courses to all the subject names on the report card. Course Name (for Rpt Card) and Included Courses Columns on the Courses Tab Note: In some instances it may be necessary to add more than one course to a particular subject. For example, if the special education math teacher is responsible for entering report card grades, associate the special education math course as well as the regular education math course with the Mathematics course name on the report card. Add Assessments – Assessments Tab 2. Enter 15 in the first available blank row in the Seq# column to add another course that was forgotten. Note: Using sequence numbers in increments of five allows newly added courses to be inserted between courses that have already been added. The sequence numbers control the order in which the courses appear on the Report Card Entry screen for teachers, but not the printed report card. 3. Enter Letter & Sound Recognition in the first available blank row in the Course Name (for Rpt Card) column. 4. Click Save. Letter & Sound Recognition displays between Reading and Writing in the appropriate order in the list of courses. 5. Click the Add Courses link in the Action column next to the Letter & Sound Recognition subject to search for the appropriate courses to add on the Course Search window. See “Search for Courses.” The Course Search window displays. Letter Courses Searched on the Course Search Window 6. Select Letter R – Gr 01 in the list of search results, and then click Add the selected courses. On the Courses tab Letter R – Gr 01 displays in the Included Courses column next to the Letter & Sound Recognition subject. 7. Click Save. 8. Click Assessments in the Web site banner. Add Assessments – Assessments Tab The course names entered on the Courses tab display alphabetically in the Course list on the Assessments tab. 1. On the Assessments tab, select Mathematics in the Course list. 2. Enter Grade in the first blank row in the Assessment column. 3. Enter 10 in the Seq# column.
