Appendix A: Report Card/Interim Templates Page Break template piece inserts a page break between multiple pages of a report card indicating the end of one student’s report card. This template piece MUST be the last sequence number in the list of template pieces. Parent Signature Line template piece displays the text “Parent Signature” and a blank line for the signature. Parent Signature Line Parent Comments template piece displays an area for parents to submit hand-written comments. Parent’s Comments Placement Status template pieces displays promotion or placement to a succeeding grade or retention in the current grade.
