Appendix A: Report Card/Interim Templates End of Year Placement (Assigned, Retained) Principal Signature template piece displays the principal’s name and blank line for signature. Principal Signature Line School Header template piece displays the school district name, the name of the school and the report card title on separate lines centered in the column or on the page. The school district name that displays in this template piece was entered on the District Setup screen. The name of the school was entered on the Schools Setup screen. The report card title was entered in the Report Card Title field on the Messages tab. If you do not enter any text in the Report Card Title field on the Messages tab, a title does not display when using the School Header template piece. School Header (District, School & Title) Student Header template piece displays the student’s name and grade, teacher’s name and school year, and principal’s name. Student Header with Principal Student Header (Without Principal) Teacher & Principal Signatures template piece displays the teacher, date and principal.
