Cause and action<br />
→ Turn OFF inverter overheat warning.<br />
→ Check whether the n075 and n076 settings are<br />
appropriate.<br />
→ Check the machine use status and eliminate the<br />
cause of the problem.<br />
→ Turn OFF the remote baseblock command input.<br />
The parameter n002 was set to a value other than 0 to 3.<br />
→ Reset n002.<br />
Make sure that the values of n035 to n039 are different<br />
from one another.<br />
Make sure that a single search mode is selected with<br />
n035 to n039 set to 15 or 16.<br />
Make sure that both set values 22 and 25 are selected<br />
with n035 to n039.<br />
Reset the optional V/f pattern to satisfy the following<br />
condition.<br />
→ n017 n015 n014 n012<br />
Check whether the rated input current of the motor set<br />
with n032 satisfies the following condition. If not, check<br />
the rated current of the motor and reset n032.<br />
→ Rated input current of Inverter x 0.1 n032 rated<br />
input current of Inverter x 2<br />
Jumping frequency 1 set with n058 is higher than jumping<br />
frequency 2 set with n059. Reset jumping frequencies 1<br />
and 2 to satisfy the following condition.<br />
→ n058 n059<br />
The upper limit of the output frequency set with n030 is<br />
lower than the lower limit of the output frequency set with<br />
n031. Reset the upper and lower limits of the output<br />
frequency to satisfy the following condition.<br />
→ n030 n031
