Graphic Record of the Route of Ship Remote Monitoring on the Internet 16-21The model was presented at The Danube Commission counseling summit, dedicated to ship waste problem 14,23,30 .Model for the management of hazardous waste from ship exploitation transportModel for managing different types of hazardous matters transport (multimodal transport) includes responsibilitiesand activities of different entities in hazardous ship waste transport (and universality enables the application in caseof monitoring activities regarding other hazardous substances).This paper, as an example, presents, as elements of developed model, original algorithms of responsibilities andactivities of entities involved in hazardous waste transport by rail. Figure 11 shows the responsibilities of specialtransporter dispatcher (the army’s responsibilities toward the railway company) 16,28 , whereas the algorithm in Figure12 outlines the responsibilities of carriers by R.I.D in the field of transport requirement fulfillment 16,28 .One of important conditions is making of environment risk management program (Figure 13 algorithm), whichinvolves an obligatory hazard evaluation and hazardous substance risk assessment (Figure 14 algorithm).The responsibilities of other users by R.I.D are presented by algorithm in Figure 15 16,28 . Figure 16 lists the keydocuments for all the users of railway transport services (necessary licences: certificate for hazardous materialtransport, consignment note, instructions for special technical and protection safety measures, transport approval,licence for the insurance of hazardous substances, etc.) 16,28 .With remote surveillance of activities by software application and participants’ hardware and software, thefunctioning of the model was tested successfully 16,28 .
