When attached to a verb or adjective -nya tuins the word into an
abstract noun. This is why in this function -nya is called a nominoliser.
The process of forming the abstract noun is called nominalisation. In
the following example, the verb ditutup (to be closed, shut down) in
sentence a is turned into the noun ditutupnya (the closure ofl in
sentence b.

The closure of that bank caused anger in a lot of people.
