Near the 50% of the stud<strong>en</strong>ts involved in the project have medium or high<br />
managing responsabílities ín the <strong>en</strong>terprises were they work and can not be<br />
phisic<strong>al</strong>ly contiguous to the monitor-professor during the teaching-learning<br />
process.<br />
Around the 75% of the stud<strong>en</strong>ts prefer to comunicate with the professor ‘online’<br />
(by phone or person<strong>al</strong>ly) than in a differed way (near 25% by fax or email).<br />
Each consult takes in average 20 minutes, this makes 1.5 hours of<br />
consult per week per stud<strong>en</strong>t.<br />
The expected time that is going to be used in the teaching-learning process per<br />
stud<strong>en</strong>t is 105 weeks (near two years).<br />
The authors think that the teaching tecnology used in this education<strong>al</strong> project is<br />
difer<strong>en</strong>t from that ones that have be<strong>en</strong> used up to now. The latin-american<br />
education<strong>al</strong> market has be<strong>en</strong> traditíon<strong>al</strong>ly op<strong>en</strong>ed to new education<strong>al</strong><br />
experi<strong>en</strong>ces, and the one <strong>de</strong>scribed in this paper <strong>al</strong>lows to close the cultur<strong>al</strong><br />
gap betwe<strong>en</strong> Latin-America and <strong>de</strong>veloped countries.<br />
