Theseflaws affect a child's <strong>de</strong>velopment and can get to what <strong>Winnicott</strong> appoints Trendantisocial. Furthermore, the theory will be related to the practice of the project "TheSubjectivity of contemporary a<strong>do</strong>lescent: a psychoanalytic differentiated" in servinga<strong>do</strong>lescents in conflict with the law who fulfill a socio-educational semi-liberty in<strong>Londrina</strong> - PR. The project is un<strong>de</strong>rtaken in House Semi-free<strong>do</strong>m and its main objectiveis to provi<strong>de</strong> a therapeutic space to the young, which enables its psychic contents areexpressed through leisure activities and the therapeutic bond established with thetrainees through trust. With activities a<strong>do</strong>lescents have access to information aboutdrugs, and other topics chosen by them as part of your reality.Keywords: Transitionality clinict, semi-liberty and a<strong>do</strong>lescent.Donalds Woods <strong>Winnicott</strong> <strong>de</strong>senvolveu uma forma <strong>de</strong> enten<strong>de</strong>r o ser humanobasea<strong>do</strong> em suas observações da relação entre as mães e seus bebês. A partir <strong>de</strong>ssasobservações chegou à conclusão <strong>de</strong> que o <strong>de</strong>senvolvimento só po<strong>de</strong> ocorrer na relaçãocom o outro, ou seja, uma constante troca entre a criança e a mãe. Des<strong>do</strong>bra seupensamento e organiza os conceitos como objeto transicional e espaço transicional quese tornam essenciais para o entendimento <strong>de</strong> sua forma <strong>de</strong> trabalho conhecida como aClínica da Transicionalida<strong>de</strong> (WINNICOTT, 2000).<strong>Winnicott</strong> observou a partir das experiências com o primeiro objeto <strong>do</strong> bebêque existe um espaço intermediário entre o mun<strong>do</strong> externo e interno. Percebe que ascrianças utilizam objetos <strong>de</strong> uma maneira diferente <strong>do</strong> adulto, sen<strong>do</strong> que esta relação<strong>de</strong>monstra a formação <strong>de</strong> sua subjetivida<strong>de</strong>. Portanto, primeiras relações <strong>do</strong> bebê estãorelacionadas entre a sua realida<strong>de</strong> psiquica e o meio externo o que po<strong>de</strong> se enten<strong>de</strong>r pelaausência e presença da figura materna (ABADI, 1998). Com esta <strong>de</strong>scoberta estesobjetos passaram a ser importantes no <strong>de</strong>senvolvimento infantil, no qual foramnomea<strong>do</strong>s <strong>de</strong> “objetos transicionais”.
