В <strong>с</strong>татье пред<strong>с</strong>тавлен клиниче<strong>с</strong>кий <strong>с</strong>лучай травмы грудной клетки, о<strong>с</strong>ложненный разрывом левого купола диафрагмы.<br />
По<strong>с</strong>традавший по<strong>с</strong>тупил в отделение торакальной хирургии <strong>с</strong> диагнозом пневмомедиа<strong>с</strong>тинум, подкожная эмфизема.<br />
В по<strong>с</strong>ледующем <strong>с</strong> целью и<strong>с</strong>ключения повреждения органов брюшной поло<strong>с</strong>ти проведена диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кая лапаро<strong>с</strong>копия.<br />
При ревизии повреждения органов брюшной поло<strong>с</strong>ти не выявлены. На фоне комплек<strong>с</strong>ного подхода в диагно<strong>с</strong>тики и лечение<br />
данной патологии, произошло разрешение подкожной и медиа<strong>с</strong>тинальной эмфиземы, купирование болевого <strong>с</strong>индрома.<br />
По<strong>с</strong>традавший выпи<strong>с</strong>ан в удовлетворительном <strong>с</strong>о<strong>с</strong>тоянии.<br />
Ключевые <strong>с</strong>лова: пневмомедиа<strong>с</strong>тинум, диагно<strong>с</strong>тиче<strong>с</strong>кая лапаро<strong>с</strong>копия, плевральная поло<strong>с</strong>ть.<br />

The article presents a clinical case of chest trauma, complicated by rupture of the left diaphragmatic cupula. The injuree has been<br />
admitted to the department of thoracic surgery with the diagnosis of pneumomediastinum, subcutaneous emphysema. Subsequently,<br />
in order to avoid damage to the abdominal cavity, the diagnostic laparoscopy has been performed. In the course of revision no<br />
damages of abdominal cavity are revealed. Against the background of a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment of<br />
this disease, there was a solution of subdermal and mediastinal emphysema, pain management. The victim has been discharged in<br />
satisfactory condition.<br />
