Пред<strong>с</strong>тавлен анализ выполнения комбинации радиоча<strong>с</strong>тотной абляции и введения 95% этанола пациентам <strong>с</strong> первичным<br />
и мета<strong>с</strong>татиче<strong>с</strong>ким раком печени. Определены показания и противопоказания к выполнению данной комбинации. Опи<strong>с</strong>аны<br />
ближайшие и отдаленные результаты и<strong>с</strong>пользования радиоча<strong>с</strong>тотной абляции и введения этанола в патологиче<strong>с</strong>кий<br />
очаг. Акцентирована роль по<strong>с</strong>леоперационного протокола ведения больных по<strong>с</strong>ле вмешатель<strong>с</strong>тва.<br />

The article presents an analysis of a combination of radiofrequency ablation and introduction of 95% ethanol to patients with primary<br />
and metastatic cancer of the liver. The indications and contra-indications for this combination are identified. The immediate and remote<br />
results of the operation are described. The role of post-operative protocol is emphasized.<br />

percutaneous introduction of ethanol.<br />
В по<strong>с</strong>леднее время в мире значительно возро<strong>с</strong>ло<br />
чи<strong>с</strong>ло впервые обнаруженных онкологиче<strong>с</strong>ких<br />
заболеваний. В 2012 г. в Ро<strong>с</strong><strong>с</strong>ии было выявлено<br />
525 931 новых <strong>с</strong>лучаев злокаче<strong>с</strong>твенных новообразований<br />
(54,2% ― у женщин, 45,8% ― у мужчин),<br />
что на 16,0% больше по <strong>с</strong>равнению <strong>с</strong> 2002 г.<br />
(453 256) [1]. Поражение печени вторичного характера<br />
в<strong>с</strong>тречает<strong>с</strong>я практиче<strong>с</strong>ки у 30% в<strong>с</strong>ех онкологиче<strong>с</strong>ких<br />
больных, незави<strong>с</strong>имо от первичной<br />
