Na:ll was designed as a performance-oriented and sustainable<br />
instrument for company-wide human resources development.<br />

II. Solution approach<br />
The “na:ll” project is a company-wide instrument aimed at<br />
sustainable and performance-oriented human resources<br />
development. Our medium is a so-called counselling bus:<br />
we take our mobile office to the places where company<br />
management and staff are based. The counselling service<br />
consists of a variety of modules.<br />
Depending on the situation of the company or individual,<br />
advice-seekers can choose between:<br />
