III. Outlook
The regional education providers’ self-interest is currently
impeding a networking of educational information. Many
education funding agencies withhold important information,
e.g. details on their services or concepts, due to fear of
competitors. Thus, education seekers often only get undifferentiated
information on regional education choices and
structures. This is contradictory to our society’s structural
change to a knowledge society.
We want to further improve communication between the
community, industry, politics and education thus providing
education seekers with better information on education
providers, choices, quality standards and services.

II. Solution approach
We are developing a differentiated counselling system for
the regional education funding agencies in order to achieve
a win-win co-operation. At the same time our counselling
centres provide our clients with information, counselling
and possibilities for comparison, thus supporting them in
deciding their own path for further qualification.
We offer the following services:
• Education agency for companies
• Assessment centres for
- staff recruitment
- vocational orientation
- employment preparation
• Forums and education services for specialists, networks
and education providers who, directly or indirectly, create
the region’s education offer
• Further training measures for education cousellors of the
education providers.
We also carry out electronic (via platform) and personal surveys
of requirements, assessing them and presenting them
to the suppliers of education.
