der französischen Randgebiete des Mittelländischen Meeres
in Europa und Nord-Afrika, würde zu verheerenden Wir-
kungen führen.

d i e M a c h t e n t w i c k l u n g D e u t s c h l a n d s p o l i -
t i s c h d i e H e r b e i f ü h r u n g d e r f r a n z ö s i s c h e n
H e g e m o n i e a u f d e m K o n t i n e n t . D a s m i l i t ä -
r i s c h e E r g e b n i s : d i e F e s t i g u n g F r a n k r e i c h s
a l s e r s t e V o r m a c h t z u L a n d e u n d d i e A n -
e r k e n n u n g d e r U n i o n a l s g l e i c h s t a r k e S e e -

wisse Balkanisierung Europas wünschen und benötigen, genau
so diejenigen Frankreichs eine Balkanisierung Deutschlands.
