PURPOSE FOR REPORT<br />

To determine a section 96 modification to the consent to development application No. 1285/04,<br />

which proposes the following modifications:<br />

• revised apartment mix, involving conversion <strong>of</strong> the approved 2 bedroom plus study units into<br />

3 bedroom units<br />

• additional car spaces within the basement as required for 3 bedroom units<br />

• reduction <strong>of</strong> some balconies as required by Condition 80<br />

• increase in eave overhang to improve shading<br />

• corrections to elevations where inconsistent with plans<br />

This matter was called to full council by <strong>Council</strong>lor Shelley.<br />
