• Mobile telephone costs additional to that provided under clause 2.7.<br />
The call limits referred to in clause 2.7 shall be increased by $100 per<br />
month, making a total <strong>of</strong> $300 per month and the data allowance shall<br />
be increased by 100 megabytes per month, making a total <strong>of</strong> 200<br />
megabytes per month.<br />
Other Items Not Required to be Returned<br />
3.8 Upon election to the <strong>of</strong>fice and where applicable throughout the term <strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
the Mayor shall be provided with items <strong>of</strong> a consumable nature or which<br />
otherwise are not required to be returned when the Mayor ceases to hold<br />
<strong>of</strong>fice. The Mayor shall receive all <strong>of</strong> the items listed for <strong>Council</strong>lors under<br />
clause 3.5 and the following:<br />
• Name badge<br />
• Refreshments when fulfilling the role <strong>of</strong> Mayor<br />
• An additional 100 Christmas cards each year <strong>of</strong> mayoralty, making a<br />
total <strong>of</strong> 200 cards during each year <strong>of</strong> mayoralty.<br />
• An additional 250 Business cards each year <strong>of</strong> mayoralty, making a<br />
total <strong>of</strong> 750 cards during each year <strong>of</strong> mayoralty.<br />
• Additional corporate attire and presentation gifts e.g. <strong>Council</strong> ties,<br />
scarves, spoons, cuff links, etc for own use and presentations as<br />
appropriate and gifts suitable for younger persons.<br />
