The following comments are provided for each principle activity on some <strong>of</strong> the most significant<br />
indicators for the period ended 31 December 2006.<br />
‣ Civic Leadership<br />
Report to <strong>Council</strong> on initiatives to enhance <strong>Council</strong>’s corporate identity – a number <strong>of</strong> initiatives<br />
have been undertaken including:<br />
o Organisational climate survey - seeking employees' views on a range <strong>of</strong> functions affecting<br />
the operations & service delivery <strong>of</strong> <strong>Council</strong><br />
o Replacement <strong>of</strong> <strong>Council</strong>'s PABX (report on 5 December)<br />
o Redevelopment <strong>of</strong> <strong>Council</strong>'s website (go live in March)<br />
