Ku-ring-gai has an established history <strong>of</strong> having a high relience on rates revenue. In 2004/2005<br />

contributions & donations, other operating revenue, and user fees and charges increased even though<br />

grant income reduced this led to a noticable decrease in the reliance on rates revenue.<br />
