• Vibration monitoring and control,<br />
• Support and retention <strong>of</strong> excavated faces,<br />
• Dilapidation survey <strong>of</strong> neighbouring structures,<br />
• Hydrogeological considerations.<br />
Must be undertaken in accordance with the recommendations <strong>of</strong> the geotechnical report by<br />
Jeffery and Katauskas and all subsequent geotechnical inspections carried out during the<br />
excavation and construction phase. Approval must be obtained from all affected property<br />
owners, including Ku-ring-gai <strong>Council</strong> where rock anchors (both temporary and permanent)<br />
are proposed below adjacent private or public property.<br />
66. The geotechnical and hydrogeological works implementation, inspection, testing and<br />
monitoring program for the excavation and construction works must be in accordance with<br />
the report by Jeffery and Katauskas Ref 20097SPrpt, dated 29 March 2006. Over the course<br />
<strong>of</strong> the works a qualified Geotechnical/hydrogeological Engineer must complete the following:<br />
• Further geotechnical investigations and testing recommended in the above report(s) and<br />
as determined necessary,<br />
• Further monitoring and inspection at the hold points recommended in the above<br />
report(s) and as determined necessary,<br />
• Written report(s) including certification(s) <strong>of</strong> the geotechnical inspection, testing and<br />
monitoring programs.<br />
67. Removal or pruning <strong>of</strong> the following trees is not approved as part <strong>of</strong> this Development<br />
Application. A tree report prepared by Tree and Landscape Consultants, dated 29 March<br />
2006, has been submitted. Tree numbers refer to this report.<br />
