The above graphs show the reliance on rates revenue at each Group 3 <strong>Council</strong> and at each neighbouring <strong>Council</strong>. Ku-ring-gai has the sixth highest reliance at<br />

61.89% when compared to Group 3 <strong>Council</strong>s and the third highest reliance when compared to neighbouring <strong>Council</strong>s.<br />

Ku-ring-gai traditionally has a significant reliance on rates revenue. The NSW <strong>Council</strong>s average was 48%. The highest reliance on rates revenue was at Hunters<br />

Hill <strong>Council</strong> (74.71%) and the lowest at Central Darling <strong>Council</strong> (9.69%).<br />
