Tennis Courts<br />
Works are due to commence on refurbishment <strong>of</strong> courts at Roseville and St Ives from late <strong>February</strong>.<br />
Remaining funds are proposed for transfer to the appropriate reserve pending further reporting on<br />
further multipurpose improvements to our courts.<br />

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS<br />
Should <strong>Council</strong> adopt the recommendations <strong>of</strong> this report, <strong>Council</strong>’s working fund balance will<br />
remain unchanged.<br />
CONSULTATION WITH OTHER COUNCIL DEPARTMENTS<br />
Finance and Business staff have worked closely with the General Manager and Directors <strong>of</strong> each<br />
department in reviewing their budgets to provide this quarterly review.<br />
SUMMARY<br />
The net result <strong>of</strong> the December Review if adopted will not change <strong>Council</strong>’s current working fund<br />
balance. In addition $4<strong>27</strong>,050 will be transferred to <strong>Council</strong>’s Reserves, $78,600 to the Swimming<br />
Pool Reserve, $228,450 to the Golf Course Improvement Levy and $120,000 to the Tennis Court<br />
Reserve.<br />
