77. The following tree species shall be planted, at no cost to <strong>Council</strong>, in the nature strip fronting<br />
the property along Tryon Road as an evenly spaced avenue planting. The tree/s used shall be<br />
a minimum 25 litres container size specimen/s trees:<br />

78. The following tree species shall be planted, at no cost to <strong>Council</strong>, in the nature strip fronting<br />

79. All builders' refuse, spoil and/or material unsuitable for use in landscape areas shall be<br />
removed from the site on completion <strong>of</strong> the building works.<br />
80. The canopy replenishment trees to be planted shall be maintained in a healthy and vigorous<br />
condition until they attain a height <strong>of</strong> 5.0 metres whereby they will be protected by <strong>Council</strong>’s<br />
Tree Preservation Order. Any <strong>of</strong> the trees found faulty, damaged, dying or dead shall be<br />
replaced with the same species.<br />

CERTIFICATE<br />
81. Critical Stage Inspections for Building Work (Class 2):<br />
Where applicable inspections <strong>of</strong> the development site may be required to be undertaken at the<br />
following stages:<br />
a) At the commencement <strong>of</strong> the building work; and<br />
b) Prior to covering <strong>of</strong> waterpro<strong>of</strong>ing in any wet areas, for a minimum <strong>of</strong> 10 percent <strong>of</strong><br />
rooms with wet areas within a building; and<br />
c) Prior to covering any stormwater lines/connections; and<br />
d) After the building work has been completed and prior to any occupation certificate<br />
being issued in relation to the building.<br />
e) Other inspection required by PCA<br />

issued in relation to the building;<br />
