VMSC - Voice Mail Domain (VMD) Configuration
PBX Configuration - Call Transfer Tab (Brooktrout Analog)
Use the PBX Configuration dialog box, Call Transfer tab to configure PBX call
transfer properties and release codes for a voice mail domain.
Note: Avaya does not support Brooktrout port boards for Modular Messaging
systems that run Release 3.0 software, and later. All servers previously
running with Brooktrout boards should be migrated to use Dialogic port
boards.
Launching the Screen
1. In the Voice Mail System Configuration window, click the voice mail
domain (VMD).
2. Double-click PBXs. The system expands the node to show all available
types of PBX.
3. Double-click the Brooktrout PBX. The system displays the PBX
Configuration dialog box for the selected VMD, with the General tab
active.
4. Click the Call Transfer tab.
Configuring the Screen Controls
! Transfer Prefix Code Enter the code which prefixes a call transfer, if
required by the PBX. The default is &XN.
The code can be DTMF or a combination of the letters A through D, H,
N, T, X, P, M, and R, and the special characters pound (#), asterisk (*),
dash (-), comma (,), plus sign (+), and ampersand (&). You can enter up
to 99 characters.

! Transfer Completion Code Enter the code that completes a call transfer,
if required by the PBX.
The code can be DTMF or a combination of the letters A through D, H,
N, T, X, P, M, and R, and the special characters pound (#), asterisk (*),
dash (-), comma (,), plus sign (+), and ampersand (&). You can enter up
to 99 characters.
Note: Leave this field blank for C-LAN integration.
! Transfer Release Code when Busy Enter a transfer release code for a
busy extension, if required by the PBX. The default is &.
