Description of the ServiceTitle 5 (Education) of the California Code of Regulations, establishes the types ofhealth services the District may offer and specifies the types of expenses for whichthe health services fee may be used (§ 54702). Title 16 (Professional andVocational Regulations) of the California Code of Regulations, establishes thescope of practice for licensed / professional health care providers (RN, LCSW, MD)in student health services.- 131 -
