5. Rename the current directory to make it the newbackup directory (rename ce200 to ce200-).6. Set the FTP utility to Binary mode and make sure thePrompt mode is turned on.If the screen prompt indicates that you have uploadeda file in ASCII mode, Binary mode has not been turnedon. Delete the ASCII-transferred file to the CE<strong>150</strong>, andupload the file in Binary mode.By default, the FTP Prompt feature is turned on.Because of the switching among multiple directories onthe local machines and the CE<strong>150</strong>s, complexity is builtinto the upgrade process. Keep the FTP Prompt featureactive as a safety measure.7. In the ce200bu directory, delete the System ControlModule (SCM) file, and then upload (FTP put) the newSCM file from the local machine to the CE<strong>150</strong>.8. In each subdirectory in the ce200bu directory, deletethe files and then upload (FTP put) the correspondingnew files from the local machine to the CE<strong>150</strong>.9. Restore the system configuration by copying the Configfile from the ce200- directory (FTP get) to the ce200budirectory (FTP put).10. Rename the ce200bu directory (which now containsyour new software) to ce200, thus making it the defaultcode base when the CE<strong>150</strong> starts up.11. Restart the CE<strong>150</strong> to activate the new software.12. If the upgrade applies to the CopperRocket CPE as wellas to the CE<strong>150</strong>, run the upgrade command(cmCPEBoard group) <strong>for</strong> each connected CPE unit.
