("Copper Mountain") warrants the CopperEdge 150 to be freefrom defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment fromCopper Mountain's factory. Should your CE150 fail during the warranty period, Copper Mountainwill, at its option and as its sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty, repair or replace itwith a like product, which may include new or refurbished parts or components. This warranty isextended only to the original purchaser and only covers failures due to defects in materials andworkmanship which occur during normal use during the period of the warranty. It does not coverdamage which occurs in shipment or failures resulting from misuse, negligence, accident, improperstorage, installation or testing, unusual electrical stress, fire, lightning, other environmental hazards,unauthorized attempts at repair, operation inconsistent with published electrical and environmentalspecifications, or if the Product was maintained in a manner other than described in thisdocument, or if the serial number or other identifications markings have been altered, removed orrendered illegible. Expendable components such as batteries or cabling external to the unit are notcovered by this warranty.For specific terms and conditions of the product warranty and Copper Mountain's obligations thereto,please refer to the warranty section of your purchase agreement.In order to exercise your rights to repairs under this warranty, you must first contact Copper Mountainat 888-267-7374 (for calls made from U.S. locations only) or 858-410-7100 (for all calls madefrom outside the U.S.) to obtain authorization (including tracking number) and instructions for returnof the product(s).EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND IN THE APPLICABLE PUR-CHASE AGREEMENT, COPPER MOUNTAIN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IM-PLIED OR STATUTORY AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES,INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT,MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THEPRODUCTS PURCHASED.
