data traffic. The Network indicator turns or flickersgreen when Ethernet data packets are transmitted bythe CE200. The Packet Comm indicator turns orflickers green when Ethernet data packets are receivedby the CE200.On the System Control Module-3 panel, the Ethernetport has two LEDs: a single Transmit/Receive DataLED and a Data Link Integrity LED. The Transmit/Receive Data LED indicates data traffic. It turns orflickers yellow when data is received or transmitted onthe Ethernet line. The Data Link Integrity LED turnsgreen when the integrity of the Ethernet link for10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX is acceptable.6. The DS3 WAN Module (if present) has three LEDindicators on its front panel, just below the TransmitBNC connector. At power-up, all three LEDs will lightbriefly as a functional test.RECEIVE TRANSMITMONMONMODULENEAR ENDFAR ENDD3 FRAMESYSTEMCONTROLMODULEDS3 Frame Module LEDsIf the DS3 (ATM or Frame) WAN module is connected toa compatible DS3 facility, then the green (Module) LEDwill light and the Red (Near End) and Yellow (Far End)LEDs will be off.In the event of a local failure such as loss of signal orframe errors at the CE150, or within the DS3 Moduleitself, the Near End LED will light red to indicate thefailure. If a failure occurs that is not associated withthe CE150 or with the DS3 Module, but instead is theresult of a failure on the link or with upstreamequipment, then the Far End LED will light yellow toindicate that failure mode.7. If there is a saved configuration file, it will be read inautomatically. If there are CopperRocket CPE unitsconnected to the CE150’s SDSL ports, they will attemptto train (handshake and connect) on the CE150,regardless of whether the ports have been configured. As the Customer Premises Equipment attempts to trainon a port, the Port Status LED on the correspondingSDSL Module will first blink rapidly, and then turnsteady green if the CPE trains successfully. If the CPE attempts to train but fails, the Port StatusLED will go off until the CPE again tries to train.
